For small content updates, we keep related visible information and relevant technical signals consistent within the agreed scope. This keeps the website clear for people while helping search engines and AI search and answer systems interpret current information more easily.
External systems decide the resulting rankings and answers. Velvionix cannot guarantee a particular position or representation.

Frequently Asked Questions about Care and Hosting
How quickly are small changes implemented?
Small changes such as opening hours, prices, short text corrections or small notices are usually implemented within 48 hours. Urgent changes can be prioritized by agreement and handled as quickly as possible on the same day.
Which changes are included in care?
Care includes small content changes, for example replacing text, changing opening hours, correcting prices or small layout corrections. Within the agreed scope, we also align related visible information and relevant technical signals so search and AI systems can interpret current information more easily. Rankings or the way external systems reproduce information cannot be guaranteed. New pages, new functions, extensive texts or larger extensions are offered separately.
Are backups and recovery considered?
Yes. Project states are secured in several places so the website does not depend on a single local copy. What matters for you: the web presence can be restored in a controlled way when needed.
Is the website completely protected against attacks?
No one can promise absolute security seriously. Velvionix relies on professional infrastructure, technical hardening, SSL, protection measures against typical misuse attempts, monitoring and fast reaction to visible problems.
Does Velvionix also migrate email inboxes?
Full email migrations with existing messages and archives are not offered as a standard service. If no professional business email is in place yet, Velvionix can separately quote the setup of new mailboxes under the company domain, the required email DNS records and configuration on agreed devices at a fixed price. The number of mailboxes and devices is agreed in advance; the contract and ongoing costs remain directly between the client and email provider.
Does Velvionix maintain existing CMS or website-builder sites?
No. Velvionix does not maintain third-party CMS, website-builder or plugin systems. If an existing website no longer fits, a new web presence is built from scratch; existing content can be transferred by agreement.
How is ongoing support billed?
Ongoing support is billed in advance for 12-month periods. Further details about the term and continuation are available under "Website pricing & options".
What happens to the website when the care service ends?
The customer receives the finished website for independent continued use and can host it themselves going forward. The internal tools and workflows Velvionix used to build the website remain with Velvionix.
Are Google Ads included in monthly care?
Ongoing Google Ads management is not included. Access to the private practical guide for Google Business Profile and Google Ads with small budgets is, however, included with care as a client benefit. Personal consultation and conversion measurement are quoted separately.
Will I have access to website statistics?
Yes. Website-care clients receive protected access to their analytics portal with aggregated website statistics. It shows only data from visits with analytics consent and no individual visitor profiles. A separate account with the hosting provider is not required.
