How quickly are small changes implemented?
Small changes such as opening hours, prices, short text corrections or small notices are usually implemented within 48 hours. Urgent changes can be prioritized by agreement and handled as quickly as possible on the same day.
Which changes are included in care?
Care includes small content changes, for example replacing text, changing opening hours, correcting prices or small layout corrections. New pages, new functions, extensive texts or larger extensions are offered separately.
Are backups and recovery considered?
Yes. Project states are secured in several places so the website does not depend on a single local copy. What matters for you: the web presence can be restored in a controlled way when needed.
Is the website completely protected against attacks?
No one can promise absolute security seriously. Velvionix relies on professional infrastructure, technical hardening, SSL, protection measures against typical misuse attempts, monitoring and fast reaction to visible problems.
Does Velvionix also migrate email inboxes?
No, full email migrations are not offered as a standard service because delivery, archives, devices and responsibilities are affected. Velvionix can support a professional email foundation, DNS coordination and device setup if no clean solution exists yet.
Does Velvionix maintain existing CMS or website-builder sites?
No. Velvionix does not maintain third-party CMS, website-builder or plugin systems. If an existing website no longer fits, a new web presence is built from scratch; existing content can be transferred by agreement.
How long is the contract term?
The care service is designed for a fair collaboration. The minimum term is 12 months with annual prepayment. Unless cancelled in good time before the end of the current term, care renews for another 12 months under the same conditions. Velvionix wants to keep customers through reliable, affordable and personal service, not through unnecessarily long contract lock-in.
What happens to the website when the care service ends?
The customer receives the finished website for independent continued use and can host it themselves going forward. The internal tools and workflows Velvionix used to build the website remain with Velvionix.
