Mostly one-time costs
Visual enhancements such as animations, effects, custom imagery or video motifs are usually separate one-time commissions. The same applies to setting up new business email mailboxes and configuring them on agreed devices. These additions do not automatically raise ongoing support fees.
When ongoing support may increase
Technical extensions often need more long-term attention. Examples:

Website-care clients receive access to a private practical guide for Google Business Profile and Google Ads with small budgets, plus a protected analytics portal with aggregated statistics from visits with analytics consent. Personal ads consultation and conversion measurement remain separate services, each quoted at a fixed price in advance.
Other extensions such as pages, forms, languages and media also remain freely combinable. No separate service is silently added to the monthly fee.

Yes, for the agreed Starter foundation and the aligned ongoing support. Scope is documented in writing before work begins. Additional wishes are quoted separately and implemented only after your approval.
What is really included in ongoing support?
More than hosting and text swaps: every content change is prepared with accessibility and technical SEO in mind. We keep related visible information and technical signals consistent so people, search engines and AI search and answer systems can interpret current services and contact details more easily. This creates a stronger information foundation, but does not guarantee rankings or individual answers from external systems. We also keep project technology aligned with new standards so security and speed stay strong. That includes operations, monitoring, backups, small changes usually delivered within 48 hours and protected access to aggregated website statistics.
Are Google Ads included in monthly care?
Ongoing Google Ads management is not included. Website-care clients do, however, receive the private practical guide for Google Business Profile and Google Ads as an included client benefit. Personal consultation and conversion measurement are separate services with a fixed price agreed in advance.
Do visual extensions raise support fees?
Usually not. Animations, effects, custom imagery or video motifs are mostly one-time commissions. Support fees are more likely to increase when the website grows technically - for example through a blog with comments, dashboards, embedded external systems or several languages. The monthly amount is clearly described in the proposal.
How does support billing work?
Support runs in 12-month periods and is billed in advance. It continues for a further 12 months unless the client requests an end within the agreed notice period.
Can a large project be delivered in stages?
Yes. Ambitious websites are split into sensible milestones that can be commissioned and launched independently. While one milestone is in progress, later steps can be adjusted or dropped. That keeps budget and pace manageable.
