Starter Package - Clear Scope, Clean Execution

from 599 EUR net plus VAT (one-time)*

The Starter Package is the professional entry point. No single-page site, no DIY solution, but a full-featured website with clear structure.

Included:

  • Development from scratch (no WordPress, no website builders)
  • Responsive design for smartphone, tablet and desktop
  • Homepage + up to 4 subpages in compact format (e.g. Services, Pricing, About, Contact)
  • Clear contact method (email/phone)
  • Optimization based on (performance, accessibility, best practices, SEO)
  • Technical launch including migration to the hosting if a domain exists (no email migration)

Important: If you want fewer subpages, that's fine. The Starter Package price remains. "Compact format" means: each subpage has a clear purpose and typical scope for small businesses. Extensive catalog pages, very large price lists, complex tables or special features are not included. Additional subpages, content sections or larger extensions are a separate engagement.

The Starter Package intentionally stays clearly limited. Anything beyond a compact business website is planned and quoted separately - matched to your industry, workflow and budget.

Lean Custom Extensions

On request, we build small, clearly scoped add-ons that fit your website: for example enquiry or pre-order forms without online payment, simple admin areas for approved content, review collection with moderation, or structured callback and waiting lists. Such features are described concretely upfront and quoted separately.

What We Deliberately Do Not Build

No custom online shops with payment processing, no customer, patient or client portals, no invoice or contract management, no file repositories and no systems that permanently store health data, billing data or other particularly sensitive data on our systems. For that, you use specialized systems; where needed, we embed them cleanly or link to them.

External tools often incur ongoing costs with the respective provider. These are paid by the customer directly. Individual special requests are possible at any time by separate agreement and quote.

Billing and Commissioning

You receive an invoice (net plus VAT). Payment plan: 50 percent upon commissioning (implementation starts after payment receipt), 50 percent after acceptance and before going live. Additional services and change requests are quoted separately before implementation and only carried out after approval. Payment by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice. Cash payment and SEPA direct debit are not offered. Alternative payment plans only by written agreement.

Ongoing Maintenance

from 59 EUR net plus VAT per month*

Monthly maintenance includes hosting and operations, security measures, monitoring, backups and small content changes up to 30 minutes per month (intended for ongoing small adjustments; unused minutes expire at the end of each month).

Ongoing maintenance is a mandatory part of the contract and is billed annually in advance. Minimum term 24 months. After that, maintenance simply continues and can be cancelled with 3 months' notice to the end of the month.

Scope and price depend on complexity and integrations. You receive a transparent quote upfront.

Examples of Small Changes:

  • Replace text or image on existing pages
  • Update opening hours, contact or pricing information
  • Small layout corrections without new content

Not Included:

  • New pages, new features, new modules
  • Extensive content revisions or strategic SEO/marketing
