Structure requests
Project, reservation, pre-order or callback requests are collected cleanly, sorted and prepared for internal handling.
Digital workflows
Internal web solutions are not large off-the-shelf platforms. They extend a professional Velvionix website where a clear workflow should follow an inquiry: a guided request process, a maintained list, a protected dashboard or a connection to a specialized tool.
Digital building blocks
Sometimes a well-planned extension that fits the business exactly is enough - in gastronomy, trades, beauty studios or for property and job lists. Velvionix develops these building blocks efficiently, with transparent scope and without unnecessary platform complexity.
Simple contact forms are website extensions. Internal web solutions start where a workflow follows the inquiry: sorting, status, approval, export, protected access or internal handling.
Project, reservation, pre-order or callback requests are collected cleanly, sorted and prepared for internal handling.
Object lists, jobs, courses, offers or internal status lists are built so they can be maintained and found quickly.
Small dashboards or protected areas can make sense when content should not be public and the data scope stays clearly limited.
Your own blog or guide area with clear structure so expert content can be published, maintained and found regularly.
Small dashboards or protected overviews bring website metrics such as visitor numbers together in one place - without rebuilding a large analytics system.
If a specialized system is the better fit, Velvionix supports selection, website embedding and clean linking instead of rebuilding a large system. This requires that the provider offers an official widget, iFrame, embed code or stable link. Contract, costs and data processing remain directly between the customer and the software provider.
From contact to workflow
The starting point remains a professional website from Velvionix. When recurring requests, lists or approvals emerge later, they can become targeted digital building blocks.
The customer or prospect completes a clearly guided process.
The request arrives in a structured place where it can be handled.
Status, questions, priority or internal notes stay traceable.
If the workflow grows, the digital building block can be expanded deliberately.
Clear scope
Velvionix builds small, clear web solutions as an extension to your website project. Large specialized systems are not rebuilt from scratch - suitable products already exist on the market.
Additionally: Velvionix does not develop everything in-house. When a specialized system is the better fit, we support selection, embedding and clean integration with your website - for example an online ordering system for a restaurant or a reservation solution via widget and link.
This depends strongly on the workflow, data scope and desired feature set. Velvionix develops these building blocks efficiently and tailored to the customer. The scope is clarified transparently in the initial call before a fixed price is offered.
No. Internal web solutions are lean extensions to a website project, not ERP, CRM, portal or specialized business software.
Yes, if the scope stays clearly limited: small internal overviews, status lists, moderation areas or protected content can be added as a website extension. We do not build our own dashboards for especially sensitive data such as health, contract or invoice information. When a specialized third-party system is a better fit, we help with selection and clean embedding.
No. Custom online shops, carts and payment processing are not offered. Request, pre-order or reservation processes can be possible when payment and further handling happen outside the website.
Yes. The starting point remains a professional website. When recurring workflows emerge later, suitable digital building blocks can be added.
No. Internal web solutions are meant as extensions to websites built and cared for by Velvionix. This service is not intended for standalone software projects.
In the initial call, we clarify which building blocks make sense for your web presence and what should deliberately stay outside the project scope.
