Case Study

Website for Therapy Practice as a digital business card

For a therapy practice in Erfurt, we built the first professional web presence: mobile-first, trilingual, custom-designed and including technical setup plus a dedicated business email address.

First Web Presence Mobile-first Trilingual Custom UI Animations Contact Form Analytics Portal Professional Email Expandable

Starting Point and Goal

  1. Starting Point

The practice previously had neither its own website nor a professional business email address. The goal was a small, clear website that works like a digital business card and builds trust at first contact.

  2. Goal

The website should intentionally not feel like a typical standard page. It needed to stay compact while leaving a recognizable impression through custom design, fitting visuals and subtle interactions.

  3. Implementation

Velvionix handled the technical, structural and visual implementation from scratch: mobile-first layout, trilingual content, UI effects, inquiry workflow with auto-replies, an analytics portal for consented visitor data, social preview and business email setup.

  4. Value

The result is a professional digital entry point for patients: clear, multilingual, usable on mobile - plus lean internal building blocks for contact and evaluation.

Solution in Detail

  • Interaction

Custom homepage instead of a standard template

The homepage greets visitors with an animated text sequence and a spatial depth effect that responds to mouse movements and touch gestures. The site stays small and clear while avoiding the look of a generic business-card website.

  • Content

    Three languages for better clarity

The entire website is available in German, English and Russian. Visitors can switch languages at any time and read the practice information in the language that fits them best.

  • Orientation

    Mobile-first contact and orientation

The website was developed for mobile use first. On the contact page, an animated map shows walking directions to the practice - with a step-by-step footpath animation that plays automatically.

  • Internal Web Solutions

    Contact form with confirmation

Inquiries run through a structured contact workflow: delivery by email to the practice and an automatic confirmation for the sender in the matching language - without manual follow-up.

  • Internal Web Solutions

Analytics portal for the practice owner

A protected portal shows aggregated visitor numbers and technical signals such as country, operating system, browser and referrer - only for visitors who consented on the website.

  • Design

    Custom design and visual world

No website builder - the site was designed with a custom color scheme, unique layout and content tailored to the practice. The visual world was developed through targeted motif ideas, variants and professional preparation for the website.

  • Technical

    Setup and professional email

The project also included technical setup: a dedicated business email address under the practice domain, configuration and integration on mobile devices for immediate access on the go.

  • Visibility

    Social media preview

When sharing the website via WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn or other platforms, a matching preview image with title and description is automatically displayed in the respective language. Google also uses this data for search result presentation.

  • Quality

Technical foundation for quality and findability

The website was aligned with fast loading times, mobile usability, accessibility, search-engine basics and technical best practices.

  • Architecture

    Expandable for future requirements

The website was built so later extensions remain possible: for example a gallery, larger rebuilds or connections to external systems for appointment booking - without replacing the existing presence.

Result

The practice received a complete web presence from one source: a compact business-card website, business email, multilingual content, lean internal building blocks for inquiries and analytics - and a technical foundation without WordPress or site-builder dependency, prepared for future extensions. The scope was a bespoke project, not the standard starter package: the contact form and trilingual setup were part of an extended project scope (comparable to Starter Plus or a custom add-on).
