Everyday Website Updates
Smaller updates to opening hours, prices, text, images or layout are completed within the agreed scope, usually within 48 hours. We also keep related information and relevant technical details consistent.
We only publish new content and changes on your website once you have reviewed and approved them.

Can Velvionix look after an existing WordPress or website-builder site?
No. Our ongoing care is for websites that Velvionix builds and looks after. We do not maintain or repair third-party CMS or website-builder systems. If you want to move away from an existing website, we can build a new one and reuse suitable existing content by agreement.
Can I make changes to parts of my website myself?
Yes, if you prefer. We can build a suitable self-editing feature as a separately commissioned extension. Alternatively, we can update your content for you within the agreed scope of website care.
Can you set up business email inboxes too?
Yes. If you need business email addresses on your own domain, we can help you choose a provider and set them up. We do this together over screen sharing, so you keep your login details. This is a separately commissioned service; ongoing mailbox administration is not included.
Will you manage my Google Ads campaigns for me?
No. We do not provide ongoing advertising account management. Our interactive Google Ads and Google Business Profile guide is included for Velvionix website-care clients. If you need help with questions or your first campaign, you can book a separate consultation. The campaign stays in your own account and under your control.
What will I see in my website statistics portal?
You will see aggregated website statistics based on visits where analytics consent has been given, not individual visitor profiles.
