After launch, we look after the operation and upkeep of your website. Further work is agreed separately when you need it.

Support runs in 12-month periods and is billed in advance. It continues for a further 12 months unless the agreement is ended within the applicable notice period. The precise notice period is set out in the individual agreement.

Ongoing support that grows with your website

Your website continues to receive professional care after launch. You will have a dedicated contact for day-to-day operation, upkeep and agreed updates. Regular content publishing or larger changes can also be included in a tailored care agreement. We will discuss the scope and any additional costs with you in advance.

More than hosting - ongoing quality

Velvionix support is more than simply keeping your website online. When we make small content updates, we keep related information and relevant technical signals consistent within the agreed scope. We also consider accessibility, technical SEO and the continued technical development of your site, so you do not have to manage these tasks yourself.

When your support needs may change

Visual additions such as new imagery, animations or video are usually one-off commissions and do not automatically increase your monthly support price. Multiple languages, a blog with comments, protected dashboards or supported third-party integrations may require more ongoing work. We explain any proposed change before you commission it and confirm the support price in your quote.

What other costs might I need to budget for?

If you need a new domain, business email mailboxes or a third-party service such as online booking, the provider may charge its own fees. You contract directly with that provider. Straightforward help choosing or purchasing a domain, along with connecting it to your website, is part of our website development service. Setting up new business email mailboxes and other additional Velvionix services are quoted separately.

Can I keep my existing domain and business email?

Yes. Your domain stays in your own account. When connecting your new website, we change only the DNS records needed for the site. Your existing email service and settings remain in place unless a change is genuinely required for the website connection.

What happens to my existing website when I move to Velvionix?

We build your new website from the ground up. We do not maintain or modify an existing WordPress, CMS or website-builder installation within its original system. Suitable text, images and other content from your existing site can be reused in the new website by agreement.
