The Starter Package is the professional entry point. No single-page site, no DIY solution, but a full-featured website with clear structure.

External tools often incur ongoing costs with the respective provider. These are paid by the customer directly. Individual special requests are possible at any time by separate agreement and quote.

Billing and Commissioning

You receive an invoice (net plus VAT). Payment plan: 50 percent upon commissioning (implementation starts after payment receipt), 50 percent after acceptance and before going live. Additional services and change requests are quoted separately before implementation and only carried out after approval. Payment by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice. Cash payment and SEPA direct debit are not offered. Alternative payment plans only by written agreement.

Monthly maintenance includes hosting and operations, security measures, monitoring, backups and small content changes up to 30 minutes per month (intended for ongoing small adjustments; unused minutes expire at the end of each month).

Ongoing maintenance is a mandatory part of the contract and is billed annually in advance. Minimum term 24 months. After that, maintenance simply continues and can be cancelled with 3 months' notice to the end of the month.

Scope and price depend on complexity and integrations. You receive a transparent quote upfront.
